New Year's DUO includes two bottles: a sparkling rose and a dry red. 
 
  - Cami dels Vidriers Brut Nature, Rosat, Julia Bernet, CORPINNAT 2021. Traditional method sparkling wine from the heart of Penedes by Julia Bernet. It's a Garnatxa + Xarel.lo blend, disgorged in August 2024 after spending 36 months aging on its lees. The grapes are vinified at low temperature, without adding sulphites and macerating on their skins for about 10 hours. The second fermentation starts by adding must from the same vineyard. 
 
- Cencibel, Garage Wine, Toledo 2022. A great example of Jesús and Julián's ability to create delicately nuanced wines from typically full-bodied varieties grown in the arid heart of La Mancha, central Spain. They achieve this by doing three separate harvests on different dates. The grapes come from a single vineyard, paraje "La Venta", planted in 1970. It sits at 635 meters of altitude in sandy-clay soils. The wine doesn't touch any oak, giving it the purest expression of a young Cencibel (aka Tempranillo) in the terroir of La Mancha Toledana.
