Borja Perez is one of the youngest talents in the Spanish winemaking scene. Representing the 4th generation of a winemaking family in Tenerife, despite his studies as an Agricultural Technical Engineer, and a career as a rally mechanic as well. After taking over the family winery and intending to help preserving parcels of old vineyards, Borja started to buy grapes from local winegrowers to make what would become the equivalent of "Village Wines", thus the Artífice range was born.

This Listán was produced with grapes from a vineyard planted on red clay soils. It fermented with 100% full clusters and had a long 30-day maceration, and it matured in just one 1,500-liter oak foudre for one year. The clay gives it a gentle profile, with finesse, and very round tannins. He bottled only 1,104 bottles.
