Christmas Wine Pairing Set includes 3 bottles that can pair well with all your classic (and not so much) Christmas dishes:
 
- Deobriga Blanco, Ramon de Ayala Lete y Hijos, Rioja 2024. It's a white Rioja made of Viura 90% and Garnacha Blanca 10%, sourced from old vines. Macerated on the skins for 5 hours and then it is fermented in small french oak barrels where it is left to aged for 4 months on its fine lees. 
 
- Endogen, Finca Mas Perdut, Penedes 2021. It's a cuvée source from beautiful old vines of Samsó (same grape as Carignan/Cariñena) that are about 70 years old. Fermentation is done in stainless steel before it undertakes its fourteen- month aging in a mix of used Oak and Acacia barrels, local clay amphora and demijohns. The final wine is bottled with very little sulphites and without any filtration, resulting in a vibrant nose with concentration of dark red fruits, leather, tobacco, and spice. The mouth is powerful yet so very fresh at the same time. 
 
- El Trovador, Cream, Primitivo Collantes. El Trovador is a cream made by unifying two wines together, Moscatel Los Cuartillos (75%) and Amontillado Fossi (25%). Primitivo Collantes is based in Chiclana de la Frontera, lesser-known sherry region in the southern part of the Marco de Jerez. Primitivo Collantes and his brother Tomás founded the bodega in 1889. Nowadays, it is the fourth generation who runs the winery and is led by the also named Primitivo Collantes.
