NATCOOL is a collective project, where several producers come together to create wines, olive oils, teas, kombuchas and other products — pure, authentic, sophisticated. It's a way of being: simple, mask-free, made to be shared. The wines are known for their cool and funky personality, with a straightforward and uncomplicated profile and low alcohol content. 
 
Drink Me is produced by Niepoort at Viña Zorzal winery in Navarra from 100% Garnacha grapes, fermented in stainless steel with 30% whole clusters and then kept for 9 months in concrete vats before bottling.
