𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗶 𝗥𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗱 is a family-owned winery founded in 2000, headed up by a husband and wife team: Josep Maria Vendrell and Núria Barceló. The family vineyards are located in the little village of Marçà within the D.O. Montsant, in southwestern Catalonia (North-eastern Spain). The grapes, Grenache and Carignan, are sourced from the family’s oldest vineyards, Josep Maria and Núria are working towards leaving a better legacy for their three children, focusing on achieving high-quality wines loaded with personality and self-expression.
 
La Servera is Vendrell i Rived’s first take on 100% zero zero approach. The grapes are sourced from a few vineyards around the village of Marçà. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks slowly during 15 days, where the wine is left to settle for 9 months once completed. This Garnatxa contains no added sulphites and it hasn’t been filtered nor clarified. Just a genuine example of Montsant’s Garnatxa: pure concentration, citric feeling, and tamed power.
