Dorada is sourced from a 95-year-old vineyard of Palomino located in Pago Mahina. Atlantic-influenced but it's a bit protected from the Ocean by 3 pagos, as Mahina is a bit more inland. The resulting wine is pronounced in ripe citrus and stone fruits aromas, textural but with a great salty edge. A Palomino that shows you how much finesse you can achieve with this varietal, and not only finesse but aging potential too!
