Antonio Marques is the fifth generation at Quinta da Serradinha, a family winery located in the town of Leiria, on the limestone slopes of Serra d ́Aire, north of Lisboa. Nowadays Antonio is one of the leaders in Portugal when it comes to producing wine as naturally as possible in both the vineyard and the winery. Antonio owns a total of 6,5 hectares of vineyards which hold the Organic Certification since 1994, being the first winery ever on being certified organic in the whole Portugal.
 
Castelão e outras is made from a blend of Castelão, Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro and Tinta Miuda grapes. These autochthonous varieties are macerated for 10 days and then aged on the lees in exhausted French barrels during 24 months without racking. Classy Portuguese elegance with a mote dynamic and saline body. 2016 still faces an incredible life ahead of it.
