The 'Vi Fi' Blanc is a gateway to the wonderful world of L'Enclos de Peralba, blending together Garnacha Blanca and Malvasia de Sitges - a local variation of Malvasia that's strikingly similar to Riesling. This wine is a masterclass in creating balance. Garnacha Blanca is usually voluptuous and full flavoured, yet adding Malvasia de Sitges brings a much-needed zingy backbone of acidity.
