Bodega Vinifícate was born in San Fernando, Cádiz; founded by two brothers, Miguel and Jose. For many years they were involved in different projects around Cádiz, and then in 2011, after they did their first vintage wine called Mahara they decided to start together a new winery in their own town, San Fernando. The two of them are passionate about their own land and respectful of their terroir and their local grape varieties. The main idea of the project is to express the identity of the soil, climate, and local varietals.
 
Amorro Tinto is a glou glou red wine made of 100% Tintilla grapes. Foot trodden with its stems, going through a semi-carbonic maceration. This wine is aged for 6 months in polyester deposits. There is a distinct saltiness from the nearby Atlantic Ocean and excellent texture from the chalky albariza soil. It is fun & super drinkable.
