Dulce Natural is a new limited wine from the Blanco brothers made from its Pedro Ximénez vines planted in Pago Callejuela. After harvest, the grapes undertook 15 days of "asoleo". After that, it fermented with its skins and its indigenous yeasts until it reaches a 12.5 ABV (it is not fortified), but maintaining more than 165 grams of residual sugar. After that, it is kept for a few months in a stainless steel tank without temperature control. Bottled in April 2021. The result is a spectacular sweet PX wine made with grapes from Sanlúcar de Barrameda.
