Bodega Vinifícate was born in San Fernando, Cádiz; founded by two brothers, Miguel and Jose. For many years they were involved in different projects around Cádiz, and then in 2011, after they did their first vintage wine called Mahara they decided to start together a new winery in their own town, San Fernando. The two of them are passionate about their own land and respectful of their terroir and their local grape varieties. The main idea of the project is to express the identity of the soil, climate, and local varietals.
 
Amorro Blanco Pet Nat is a sparkling wine made in the ancestral method. The wine is bottled before the first fermentation is finished, and the carbon dioxide, which is given off as the yeast converts the sugars into alcohol, is trapped in the bottle. Made of Palomino grapes sourced from two different vineyards in Chiclana. Only 600 bottles are made yearly. Citrussy, popcorn, and dynamic sea-breezy bubbles.
