These are three Portuguese wines of very different styles and terroirs, all made from indigenous grape varieties.

A white burgundy-like Serrandinha Branco, a blend of Encruzado and Arinto matured in large oak barrel for 11 months; orange Curtimenta made from Touriga Nacional fermented on skins of Arinto and Fernão Pires and aged in chestnut barrels; and an elegant and smoky Torre de Tavares from Dão region - a red made from Rufete grapes aged for 6 months in old oak barrels.
