The Mahara brothers made two single vineyard labels called Albur and Dorada. Both are made entirely vinifying the same variety (Palomino) in the exact same way (aging in an amphora under a thin veil of flor).  The idea of having both listed in our shop is to showcase how two wines from the same vintage are so different from each other due to the differences in the exposition of each vineyard.
 
Albur is sourced from a 45-year-old vineyard located in the Pago de Miraflores, really exposed to the Atlantic Ocean. It gives the thinner, fresher, and more dynamic wine of this duo.
